ENVIRONMENT AND OHS MANAGEMENT

Our company conducts an activity in compliance with the laws and regulations related to Occupational Health and Safety. He established Health and Safety Boards and conducted risk analyzes. The health and safety of our facilities and work equipment is ensured by ensuring the health and continuity of our employees. The procurement and use of Personal Protectors are inspected and periodic inspections of the equipment are performed by authorized and accredited organizations. Conditions that contribute to efficiency such as thermal comfort conditions and ergonomics are under constant observation. Periodic health examinations of all our employees are monitored by the contracted institution. Employees receive continuous training in Occupational Health and Safety. Our activities are certified in accordance with ISO45001 standard in order to ensure safe and healthy working environment. Necessary rules have been determined to protect our employees against possible risks and all employees have been informed through trainings. All employees are obliged to apply these rules within their respective fields of duty.

ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

AN-EL Anahtar ve Elektrikli Ev Aletleri A.Ş. produces electrical components (rotary switches, Slide switches and indicator lamps) for the white goods sector is committed to the prevention of pollution and safety of all employees, including all employees, subcontractors and visitors. AN-EL AS wants to introduce environmental, OSH and safety management system to meet this obligation. Employees are under no obligation to endanger the health and safety of their employees and their employees. AN-EL AS wants to take all reasonable and feasible measures to improve environmental and health and safety conditions, if necessary, for all relevant activities.

AN-EL AS makes the following commitments:

  • To create an occupational safety culture by encouraging the effective participation of all employees, subcontractors and visitors in the development and promotion of measures to improve occupational health and safety.
  • Establish and maintain relevant policies, procedures, information, training and promotional programs to support and disseminate effective environmental, occupational health and safety practices within the organization.
  • Comply with all applicable environmental, occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Assess the risks within the scope of the organization and take appropriate control measures.
  • To increase the sensitivity of employees to environmental and occupational health and safety and to establish an annual management program for the continuous improvement of our management systems.
  • Provide adequate resources to continuously improve environmental, occupational safety and security performance.
  • Ensuring of regular massive medical checks of the employee.
  • Investigating all incidents and realization of taking the necessary corrective/preventive actions.
  • To ensure that activities related to prevention of injuries and health deterioration are carried out.
  • Consideration the environmental impact of our raw materials with the existing and new processes.
  • Having common projects according to the customer requests in order to reduce the environmental impact on the user level.
  • Consideration of the environmental policy of our suppliers and encourage the use of recycled or recyclable products.
  • Non-use of prohibited substances in our manufacturing processes.

At An-El A.Ş. environmental, occupational health and safety management system will be reviewed periodically to ensure continuous improvement, will be kept updated
