AN-EL Anahtar ve Elektrikli Ev Aletleri San. A.Ş aims to increase its market share and competition power by offering qualified products and services that will satisfy the customers’ requirements.
AN-EL management is targeted to be the leading company in its product category and to realize the economical approaches that complies with technical requirements of the day. In parallel with those objectives and targets, EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System has been chosen as the reference standard. All the units and staff of each level will be provided to join the mentioned policies and applications.
To achieve those aims AN-EL provides a temporary organization infrastructure, building, hardware/software, support and educational services.
To provide above mentioned goals it is an irrevocable target for AN-EL management to constitute the Quality Management System, improving, carrying, monitoring the activity by management.
In the fight against global warming solutions and energy efficiency measures to be taken into consideration and awareness of our customers, suppliers and employees will be encouraged to create a social responsibility consciousness.
Our determination in terms of efficiency of the quality system, decreasing of customer complaints, increasing of product reliability, technological development and productivity will continue. For that reason, our quality targets will be determined and recorded

Our Quality Policy and objectives will be continuously reviewed in terms of internal communication, perception, and compliance with the Organization’s objectives. Our Quality System will be continuously improved, efficiency provided, and the system will be remained strong by the participation of all the employees.
